This presentation proposes different perspectives for the viewer to analyse the impacts of fashion and consumption based on the idea of scales of transformation and practices of wearing. Shifting the industrial perseption to the wearer’s reality. 

4.2. Policies for a transition to a circular fashion system

Presenter: Saskia Manshoven (VITO)

Class developed and presented by the SCIRT (System Circularity and Innovative Recycling of Textiles) team, this class introduces the viewer to the fine balance between regulations and the stakeholder in a circular fashion system.

4.3. Circular Citizens

Presenter: Angelina Korsunova-Tsaruk (University of Helsinki)

By the end of this class the concept and peculiarities of Circular Economy in its regards to citizens and workers, from behavioural challenges in circular practices as usually, discussions on the topic often center on the technological solutions, while little attention is paid to societal norms, citizens’ willingness and motivation to be active in the Circular Economy.
