In Norway, the collection of used textiles is defined as receiving donations and not as waste management. Currently, many municipalities collaborate with charity organizations to provide containers at recycling centers, recycling stations, or public spaces where textiles can be donated for reuse. For the most accurate information, it’s advisable to consult the local municipal website or contact them directly to locate nearby collection points. 

Starting January 1, 2025, Norway will implement new waste sorting regulations mandating the separate collection of textile waste. More information about the implementation is yet to be released.
